    • Hi – I know we resolved this via email; but since others might also benefit from this tip…

      Once you are logged in and you click to open any of the content within a course and you get a “you are not logged in” error message. Normally just clicking/dragging the “refresh” or “reload” icon on the page will fix it right away.
