1. Booking and Payment: Double Badger Media Ltd. handles all booking and payments for Fishing Coaching Days. When you pay for an arranged coaching session, you're agreeing to these terms and conditions.

2. Non-Refundable: Your booking is final and won't be refunded (except as outlined in point 8). If something comes up and you can't attend, you can pass your spot to someone else with Paul Gaskell's approval. Please notify Paul at least seven days prior to the event for any changes.

3. Liability: While Paul Gaskell is providing the coaching, Double Badger Media Ltd. does not accept liability for any injuries, losses, or damage to your belongings. It is recommended that you arrange your own insurance for personal protection.

4. Safety Rules: As a participant, you must follow all safety guidelines and instructions – including reading, agreeing to and signing the risk assessment for the coaching event(s). Any client who doesn't comply, or behaves inappropriately, may be asked to leave the event.

5. Weather-Related Changes: The event is subject to weather, and we might need to adjust or postpone if the conditions aren't right, we will let you know as early as possible if there are any changes.

6. Health and Fitness: Please make sure you're physically capable of taking part in River Fly Fishing, and inform Paul Gaskell beforehand of any health issues. There will be some walking over uneven ground and slopes involved along with some wading and participants are responsible for ensuring they have the physical capabilities to take part.

7. Equipment: Fishing gear for the purposes of demonstration will be available – but please confirm with Paul Gaskell that your required equipment can be provided for you during your specific session. NOTE: Wading gear will not be provided – so do please bring any and all appropriate clothing and footwear for a day by and in the river. You are encouraged to bring your own fishing tackle, however it is also advisable to get it approved by Paul beforehand.

8. If We Cancel: Should the event be cancelled by Double Badger Media Ltd. an alternative place on another day or a full refund will be offered.

9. Photography: Photos or videos may be taken during the event and used by Double Badger Media Ltd. for promotional and commercial purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please let Paul Gaskell know.

10. Risk Acknowledgement: By booking, you recognize the natural risks involved in outdoor fishing and accept these as part of the event. It is important to note that Health and Safety is everybody’s responsibility. If you notice any potential hazard (whether or not it is identified in the risk assessment) you must take steps to ensure your own safety AND inform any fellow participants and the event organisers when it is safe to do so.

11. Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved under English law.
