What our customers are saying:

Trout caught on a Rice grain style French nymph

"takes the subject matter to another level..."

I have a significant library of fly fishing books. After getting this book 2 weeks ago I have now read it completely three times, taking time to contemplate many sentences and paragraphs over and over. The depth of detailed analysis coupled with the incredible clear organization and presentation of the history and subject matter are beyond exceptional. I predict this book will be long remembered as the definitive source of knowledge and the tool by which so many of us elevated our performance. It surpasses the efforts of George Daniels and Joe Humphreys (both of whom I revere) and takes the subject matter to another level.

Yes, Paul stands on the shoulders of giants, but with this publication it is clear who is the "GOAT" to this point in time

MICHAEL EDWARDS  //  Jackson, Wyoming

Trout caught on a hot spot nymph and french leader

I honestly think it is a masterpiece...

After searching out and interrogating as much available material l can find, from the United Kingdom, the USA, and its various European homes, l honestly think there are lessons of value for anglers interested in nymphing, however competent, contained in this work.

The book is full of original thought and methodology.  As l say it has given me cause to totally rethink my approach.   I honestly think it is a masterpiece, that will indeed become my bible.

John (left) and Paul (right) wrote extensively on the subject of modern nymphing in "Todays Fly Fisher" magazine and have also produced multiple DVDs and online videos on the subject - as well as multiple research trips to the Czech Republic to seek out coaching with World champions and the Czech World-team coach.
